Khomp authorizes the return of products for repair through the issuance of an RMA number – or Return Merchandise Authorization.

Products under warranty: will be repaired at no cost to the client. The time period estimated for repair or substitution is 3 working days, plus shipping time.
Products no longer under warranty: an estimate for the cost of repair will be sent for approval. The product will not be repaired until the estimate is approved. After approval is given, the time period estimated for repair is 3 working days, plus shipping time.
Instructions for shipping the product:
In order for a returned product to be received by Khomp for repair purposes, the following procedures must be followed:
- The product must be accompanied by its invoice or a declaration (for exempt products), which shall be affixed to the outside of the packaging together with the RMA number.
- The product must be shipped in an appropriate packaging (preferably its original one) with all its accessories included. Failure to meet these requirements may compromise the service under warranty coverage.
- The product must be shipped within 45 days of the RMA authorization; after this period, a new authorization will be required.
Note: Received products that do not meet the above mentioned criteria will be returned to the sender with no justification.
Instructions for issuance of a purchase receipt or declaration of exemption
The product must be shipped, with freight paid and receipt for return for repair.
- CFOP 5915 – When the Shipment for Repair originates within the state (Santa Catarina – SC).
- CFOP 6915 – When the Shipment for Repair originates from another state (other than SC).
The product’s serial number and the RMA number must be indicated in the observation field of the receipt for return for repair.
If the client does not issue a product receipt, he should sign and notarize a declaration (click here to obtain a model for the declaration).

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and flaws, and does not cover damages caused by improper handling or use of products. All products must come with a report identifying the defect. The warranty does not cover damages caused by equipment manufactured and/or commercialized by third parties that has been connected to products supplied by Khomp. The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural accidents and disasters (lightning, floods, fire, etc.).
