In its operation center in Colombia, TELEMARK - Spanish Contact Center operating in more 4 countries in South America - implemented the Kmedia gateway from Khomp. The solution change was necessary for implementing SS7 connections on TELEMARK's main customer - a big Spanish telephone company.

Gateway implementation brought great results for the operation that, besides of SS7 connection, provided the occupation monitoring on all the links and routes, as well as a great quantity of VoIP resources for the predictive dialer that TELEMARK uses.

According to Contact Center director, Sebastian Arancio, Kmedia performance brought another advantage for the structure with the 16 E1 links concentration in a single compact hardware of 2U with 2 SS7 signaling links for redundancy, creating a reliable environment for operations, meeting all the Telemark's operation needs.
