Shipment for repair

To return products for repair, you must first open an RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization process.

Product under warranty: will be repaired at no cost to the customer. The estimated time for repair or replacement is 3 business days, plus shipping time.
Product out of warranty: a repair quote will be sent for approval. The product will not be repaired until the quote is approved. From the date of approval, the estimated repair time is 3 business days, plus shipping time.

Instructions for sending the product

In order for a product to be received by Khomp for repair purposes, the procedures below must be followed:

The product must be sent in time to arrive at Khomp within 45 days from the request to open the process. After this period, it will be necessary to request a new authorization.

Send with freight prepaid.

Issue a shipping invoice for repairs without the tax displayed.

In the case of customers exempt from state registration, we accept a declaration (use the model from this link and fill in all fields to guarantee the service).

The invoice (or declaration, if applicable) must be affixed to the outside of the packaging.

The RMA number should also appear on the outside of the package, as in this image.

The product must be packaged in suitable packaging (preferably original) and with all accompanying accessories. The absence of these items may compromise warranty service.

Please be advised that products received outside the deadline or without proper identification will be subject to immediate return, without further justification.

Instructions for issuing an invoice or declaration

The product must be sent with the front paid and with the shipping invoice for repair, as follows:

CFOP 5915

When the Shipment for Repair is made within the state of Santa Catarina.

CFOP 6915

When the Shipment for Repair is made to another state, outside Santa Catarina.

When observing the invoice, the product serial number and the RMA process number must be indicated.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and flaws and does not extend to damage caused by incompetence in the handling and use of the products.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party manufacturing and/or marketing equipment attached to products supplied by Khomp.

The warranty does not cover repair of damage caused by natural accidents and disasters (lightning, flood, fire, etc.).
